§ 14-44. Canvassing board.

The canvassing board for city elections shall be comprised of the city clerk, the city attorney and one member of the city council, who is not a candidate for election. The city council member shall not be a candidate for election and shall be appointed by a majority of the council to serve on the canvassing board for said election.
