§ 34-21. Severability.

Latest version.

If for any reason a provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person, group of persons, or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not effect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of the ordinance are severable.
