§ 42-174. Applications.

All persons required to obtain a local business tax receipt from the city shall submit a signed, completed application to the code administrator or his designee on a form supplied by the city. No local business tax receipt shall be issued unless the applicant provides his federal employer identification number or social security number, as appropriate. Applications for any adult entertainment establishment shall comply with the requirements of section 10-31 et seq.
